Her skills involve therapy, coaching and counselling while applying multiple therapeutic techniques in an unbiased, positive, and supportive space. She will create a safe space where clients can share personal problems confidentially. Sessions will be empathy based and focused on the needs of the client. The sessions aim to unpack past experiences, unhelpful thought patterns, overcome challenges, shift perspective, and promote personal growth. Sam’s approach to challenges/problems are holistic and collaborative, as many factors influence wellbeing (exercise, eating habits, mindset, behavior etc.) No one person has the same challenge or problem to overcome, as every situation may be different, requiring a different approach and therapeutic technique.
